POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1. I am of legal age in the state of my residency. I agree that I am an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own business activities and not an agent employee or legal representative of the Company, Stealth Financial Group LLC.,or its affiliates Coaching For Traders LLC., Build A Team Live The Dream LLC., or Financial Party Network LLC. Hereinafter, Stealth Financial Group LLC.,or its affiliates Coaching For Traders LLC., Build A Team Live The Dream LLC., or Financial Party Network LLC. will be referred to as ("The Company") I will not represent in any manner that I am an agent or Distributor of "The Company" Stealth Financial Group LLC. or its affiliates. I am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory taxing agency.

2. This position does not constitute the sale of a franchise or of a Distributorship position and no fee or purchase for participation as a Distributor has been required of me.

3. I agree that as a Stealth Financial Group LLC,or ("The Company") Independent Distributor, I shall place primary emphasis upon the sale of products to non-Independent Distributors. Independent Distributors resident in the States of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and West Virginia are limited to $495.00 in sales aids purchases as a Independent Distributor from ("The Company") during the first six months of Independent Distributor status. Permissible sales aids Independent Distributor purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in any states’ laws regulating business opportunities.

4. In presenting Stealth Financial Group LLC,("The Company"), products and the Independent position to prospects, I agree that such presentations shall be strictly according to the following format and that I will be terminated as a Independent Distributor if I fail to do so: a. In each presentation of the Independent Distributor position, the prospect shall be directly informed that no fee or purchase is required or is a means to become a Stealth Financial Group LLC. ("The Company") Independent Distributor.

5. In order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in federal, state or local laws in economic conditions, Stealth Financial Group LLC ("The Company") may provide Policies and Procedures for Independent Distributors from time to time, as well as to modify its Independent Distributor Compensation Program. Such Policies and procedures and Compensation Plan modifications, and all changes thereto, shall become a binding part of this Agreement upon publication in the official Stealth Financial Group LLC. ("The Company") Independent Distributor Newsletter or on Website.

6. I understand that no attorney general or other regulatory authority ever reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation program or company, and I will make no such claim to others.

7. I understand that my Independent Distributor position can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without written consent of ("The Company") which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Four months of continuous sales inactivity as a Independent Distributor shall result in automatic termination of Independent Distributor status.

8. This Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon its receipt and acceptance by Stealth Financial Group LLC.,("The Company") at its Home Offices, in Panama City Beach, Florida.

9. I will not promote my Independent Distributor business nor use the Company name, or the trade names, logos, sales materials, trademarks or service marks of Stealth Financial Group LLC.,or its affiliates,("The Company"), except in materials provided by ("The Company") or approved in writing by Stealth Financial Group LLC.("The Company"), prior to their use by me. I understand that unauthorized use or duplication of trademarks or copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law.

10. I am responsible for supervising and supporting Independent Distributors I sponsor into the program and in my commissionable downline. I agree to maintain monthly communication and support to those Independent Distributors in my commissionable downline by way of any of the following, or combination thereof: Personal contact, telephone communication, written communication, email, and attendance at Independent Distributor meetings.

11. Stealth Financial Group LLC.("The Company"), provides the following fulfillment to its Independent Distributors: A new Independent Distributor’s packet of sales literature whether or not the optional Marketing Package is purchased: shipment of ordered sales aids within ten days of receipt of order and clearance of funds, subject to availability of items ordered; calculation and payment of Independent Distributor commissions. Payment terms on Independent Distributor and customer purchases: (EFT )Electronic Funds Transfer, (ACH) Automated Clearing House, Commonly known as "Direct Deposit" or "Check-less Debit" with order. No credit purchases or C.O.D.’s available. Commissions are payable to Independent Distributors according to the Compensation Plan which is incorporated herein by reference. Commissions are payed by (ACH) Direct Credit to Distributors checking account.

12. I will not make false or misleading statements about Stealth Financial Group LLC.("The Company"), products or Independent Distributor position. Display of commission checks and the making of income projections to prospective Independent Distributors is prohibited.

13. Independent Distributors in the same household of business shall have the same sponsor. Change of original sponsor is not permitted. Independent Distributor and Contributor lists and names are owned by ("The Company") and may never be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent of ("The Company"). During the term of this Agreement and for 90 days thereafter, Independent Distributor shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit Independent Distributors of Stealth Financial Group LLC. ("The Company"), to other network marketing organizations, except as to personally sponsored Independent Distributors/customers.

14. Processing Fee. A check processing fee of minimum $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater will be deducted from my monthly commissions. There must be a minimum of $20.00 in commission before a commission amount is transferred to Independent Distributor Account or Check Issued.

15. Independent Distributor must renew their Independent Distributorship status yearly. There is a $120.00 yearly renewal fee. The yearly renewal fee is due on the anniversary date of the Independent Distributors original application. Any Independent Distributor not renewing within 15 days of their anniversary will voluntarily terminate their Independent Distributor relationship and thereby forfeit all sponsorship rights, position, and any applicable compensation.

16. Stealth Financial Group LLC.,("The Company") Compensation Plan, is Available in printed form and/or on website at: http://www.Stealth Financial Group.com.

17. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other difference between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Panama City Beach, Florida.

18. Independent Distributors may return literature and sales aids purchased from the company and in resaleable condition at any time within thirty days of purchase and receive 90% refund. Shipping cost for returned items shall be borne by Independent Distributor. Payment will be made within thirty days of actual receipt of returned items. The Company will honor sales aids refund policies provided by any state or federal law applicable to Independent Distributor. ( New Mexico - one year; Georgia - no time limitation)

19. I acknowledge that Stealth Financial Group LLC.,("The Company"), is for educational purposes only and that I must consult with an independent licensed professional broker prior to stock, option, forex, futures or bond trading. In connection with my services rendered to Stealth Financial Group LLC., Biblical Economics LLC., Coaching For Traders LLC., Build A Team Live The Dream LLC., Financial Party Network LLC. (the "Discloser"), I agree to the following:

1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

I understand that my work will involve access to, and creation of, trade secrets, confidential information, and proprietary information that may belong to the Discloser, its customers or its business affiliates (collectively referred to as "Confidential Information"). Confidential Information means information, ideas and material concerning the Discloser and its employees, consultants, customers and affiliates that are not generally known to the public. Confidential Information may be technical information or business information. It may include methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, research and development results, software design and specifications, source and object code, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates, trading strategies, trading plans, investing strategies, leadership strategies, organizational strategies, real estate strategies, educational materials, business development plans and strategies, or other sensitive business information.

I agree to keep all Confidential Information in trust for the benefit of the Discloser I will never use or disclose any Confidential Information except as required by my duties for the Discloser. I understand that I may not discuss Confidential Information, even in general terms, with persons outside the Discloser This prohibition will still be in effect after termination of my relationship with the Discloser

2. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF OTHERS

I will not breach any agreements to keep information in confidence or to refrain from using any confidential information of former contractors or employers. I will not use any such information in my work for the Discloser without written authorization from the Discloser and such other party.

3. RETURN OF INFORMATION

On termination of my services for the Discloser, or at any time upon the Disclosures request, I will deliver immediately to the Discloser all property belonging to the Discloser and all material containing Confidential Information, including all copies in my possession or control, whether or not prepared by me.

4. REMEDIES

I agree that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information will cause irreparable harm and significant injury to the Discloser that may be difficult to ascertain. I agree that the Discloser shall have the right to seek immediate injunctive relief to enjoin any breach of this Agreement.
4a. I agree that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information will result in the immediate termination of my distributorship / independent contractor status, and forfeit any commission due and any future commissions due. This includes copying videos, redistributing videos, website links, showing others trading strategies, that are not authorized by the Discloser for distribution. I is my responsibility to be knowledgeable of the things I can share according to the discloser's rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.

The validity, construction, venue and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida as if entered into and fully performed entirely within such state. Each party agrees consents to venue and personal jurisdiction in Florida.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY OF MY OWN CHOICE TO ADVISE ME OF MY RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 35.NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Stealth Financial Group LLC., Coaching For Traders LLC., Build A Team Live The Dream LLC., Financial Party Network LLC, P.O. Box 9301 Panama City Beach, FL 32417, USA, ("Discloser") and Independent contractor with Stealth Financial Group LLC., Coaching For Traders LLC., Build A Team Live The Dream LLC., Financial Party Network LLC., (address submitted on the application), ("Disclosee") wish to discuss a business opportunity of mutual interest regarding Discloser’s proposed product: I understand that my work will involve access to, and creation of, trade secrets, confidential information, and proprietary information that may belong to the Discloser, its customers or its business affiliates (collectively referred to as \"Confidential Information\"). Confidential Information means information, ideas and material concerning the Discloser and its employees, consultants, customers and affiliates that are not generally known to the public. Confidential Information may be technical information or business information. It may include methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, research and development results, software design and specifications, source and object code, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates, trading strategies, trading plans, investing strategies, leadership strategies, organizational strategies, real estate strategies, educational materials, business development plans and strategies, or other sensitive business information. (the "Product"). The parties recognize that Discloser will disclose certain proprietary and confidential information to Disclosee in this regard. Therefore, as an express condition to such disclosure, Disclosee agrees to the following:

1. Nondisclosures and Limited Use

A. Disclosee will not use or disclose to any third party the following information with respect to the Product: (i) Discloser and Disclosee are discussing a business opportunity relating to the Product; (ii) Discloser is developing the Product; (iii) Discloser’s development and marketing approach to the Product; (iv) Discloser’s name for the Product; or (v) any other information relating to the Product (“Confidential Product Information”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Disclosee may disclose any Confidential Product Information as expressly authorized by Discloser in writing or any such information that is or becomes known to the public upon Discloser’s release of the Product to the public.

B. In addition, Disclosee will not use or disclose to any third party Discloser’s proprietary information, including methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates or other sensitive business information (“Confidential Information”). Information shall not be considered to be Confidential Information if Disclosee can demonstrate that it: (i) is already known or otherwise becomes publicly known through no act of Disclosee or its employees, agents or independent contractors; (ii) is lawfully received from third parties subject to no restriction of confidentiality; (iii) has been independently developed without use of Discloser’s Confidential Information; or (iv) is specifically authorized in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Discloser to be publicly disclosed. The confidentiality obligations of Disclosee and its employees, agents and independent contractors with respect to Discloser’s Confidential Information survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

C. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in this Agreement, Disclosee may disclose Confidential Product Information and Confidential Information to Disclosee’s employees who need to know such information and who shall be instructed to abide by, and agree to abide by, this Agreement.

D. Disclosee shall take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality, and to avoid the unauthorized use or disclosure of, the Confidential Product Information and the Confidential Information.

2. Remedies

Disclosee agrees that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Product Information or Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm and significant injury to Discloser, which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, Disclosee agrees that Discloser shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction enjoining any breach of this Agreement.

3. Miscellaneous

A. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement. It supersedes all prior oral or written understandings and agreements relating to this subject matter. This Agreement may not be altered, modified or waived, in whole or in part, except in a writing signed by authorized representatives of the parties. The waiver by either party of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive it for the future.

B. The validity, construction, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida as if entered into and fully performed entirely within such state. Any action to enforce this agreement will be brought in the state of Florida

C. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and for the benefit of, Disclosee and Discloser, their successors and assigns.

37 Contributor Agreement

This Agreement concerns any Engagement by the parties "Contributor" and Stealth Financial Group LLC and any affiliates referred hereafter as" Company"

1 Definitions.

The following terms shall have the following definitions when used in this agreement:
"Comments" includes any and all of the audible and visible presentations made by contributor on any conference call, blogs, articles,forums, bulletin boards, wiki's, web site contributions, classes, artwork, graphics, test, pictures, illustrations, cartoons, writing or other original creation. Comments include for example any and all of the spoken presentation such as, questions asked, comments made, non-verbal presentation, displays, electronic presentation, including electronically stored media such as slides, sounds, power point presentations, and so forth, which is subject to the U.S. Copyright laws.
1.2 "Contributor Personality" includes contributors full and formal name, nickname or alias (collectively the "Names") or any shortening, abbreviations, or alternative renderings of the Names, signatures now used or hereinafter to be used, voice, image and likenesses, and any and all attributes of contributors personality.
1.3 "engagement" includes any event attended by Contributor provided by Company.

2.0 Background of agreement

2.1 Contributor desires to attend Engagement, presented by Company.
2.2The "Company" allows the "Contributor" to contribute, subject to the contributors grant of rights to "Company".

3.0 Grant of Rights

3.1 Contributor grants to Company rights in Comments presented by contributor for all uses deemed proper by Company. Such uses may include, for example , publication, exploitation, advertising, teaching, instruction and so forth . Such Rights include:

3.1.1 The right to use, include, broadcast, and record the Comments, in whole or in part in any manner that Company may deem proper.

4.1 Contributor is free to enter into this agreement and perform all contributor services hereunder.
4.2 Contributor has full right and authority to enter into this agreement and make the grant of rights herin contained.
4.3 Contributor has not done any act which will impair the rights hereunder conveyed or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Comments by company as hereunder permitted.
4.4 The Comments will not be taken from or based on any other works and does not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation and that Company's use of the Comments hereunder will be free and clear of any third parties for any further compensation.

5.0 Waiver and Release
Contributor hereby waives all rights and releases Company, its employees, agents and licensees and assigns from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity, or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of Comments or contributor personality.

6.0 Indemnification
6.1 Contributor will indemnify and hold Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, which Company may suffer or incur by reason of contributor's breach of any of his/her warranties, representations and agreements contained in this agreement.

7.0 NO GUARANTEE OR REPRRESENTATION
7.1 Company neither represents nor guarantees that contributor, or Comments will be used, included, broadcast, recorded, published, paraphrased, arranged, rearranged, added to, subtracted from, or further orchestrated in whole or in part.

8.0 right to Dismiss
8.1 Company reserves the right to dismiss Student from Engagement. Unauthorized Student to student meetings during Engagement will be deemed grounds for dismissal. Student agrees to leave Engagement immediately u0pon being requested to do so by Company or Company's Agents..

38 Customer Notice of cancellation
You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days ( Alaska residents five (5) days, non- U.S. residents, 10-days) from the date of signing on the front of this Retail Order.
If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract of sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at you residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller of if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under this contract.

39 Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Authorization (ACH):

TERMS OF SERVICE

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1.I am of legal age in the state of my residency. I agree that I am an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own business activities and not an agent employee or legal representative of the Company, Stealth Financial Group LLC., or its affiliates. Hereinafter, Stealth Financial Group LLC., or its affiliates will be referred to as ("The Company”) I will not represent in any manner that I am an agent or Distributor of ("The Company") Stealth Financial Group LLC., or its affiliates. I am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory taxing agency.

2. This position does not constitute the sale of a franchise or of a Distributorship position and no fee or purchase for participation as a Distributor has been required of me.

3. I agree that as a Stealth Financial Group LLC., Or ("The Company") Independent Distributor, I shall place primary emphasis upon the sale of products to non-Independent Distributors. Independent Distributors resident in the States of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and West Virginia are limited to $495.00 in sales aids purchases as an Independent Distributor from ("The Company") during the first six months of Independent Distributor status. Permissible sales aids Independent Distributor purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in any states’ laws regulating business opportunities.

4. In presenting Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company"), products and the Independent position to prospects, I agree that such presentations shall be strictly according to the following format and that I will be terminated as an Independent Distributor if I fail to do so: a. In each presentation of the Independent Distributor position, the prospect shall be directly informed that no fee or purchase is required or is a means to become a Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company") Independent Distributor.

5. In order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in federal, state or local laws in economic conditions, Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company") may provide Policies and Procedures for Independent Distributors from time to time, as well as to modify its Independent Distributor Compensation Program. Such Policies and procedures and Compensation Plan modifications, and all changes thereto, shall become a binding part of this Agreement upon publication in the official Stealth Financial Group LLC.,. ("The Company") Independent Distributor Newsletter or on Website.

6. I understand that no attorney general or other regulatory authority ever reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation program or company, and I will make no such claim to others.

7. I understand that my Independent Distributor position can be inherited or bequeathed but cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without written consent of ("The Company") which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Four months of continuous sales inactivity as an Independent Distributor shall result in automatic termination of Independent Distributor status.

8. This Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon its receipt and acceptance by Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company") at its Home Offices, in Panama City Beach, Florida.

9. I will not promote my Independent Distributor business nor use the Company name, or the trade names, logos, sales materials, trademarks or service marks of Stealth Financial Group LLC., or its affiliates, ("The Company"), except in materials provided by ("The Company") or approved in writing by Stealth Financial Group LLC. ("The Company"), prior to their use by me. I understand that unauthorized use or duplication of trademarks or copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law.

10. I am responsible for supervising and supporting Independent Distributors I sponsor into the program and in my commissionable downline. I agree to maintain monthly communication and support to those Independent Distributors in my commissionable downline by way of any of the following, or combination thereof: Personal contact, telephone communication, written communication, Zoom or online video conference, email, and attendance at Independent Distributor meetings.

11. Stealth Financial Group LLC., (“The Company"), provides the following fulfillment to its Independent Distributors: A new Independent Distributor’s packet of sales literature whether or not the optional Marketing Package is purchased: shipment of ordered sales aids within ten days of receipt of order and clearance of funds, subject to availability of items ordered; calculation and payment of Independent Distributor commissions. Payment terms on Independent Distributor and customer purchases: (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer, (ACH) Automated Clearing House, commonly known as "Direct Deposit" or "Check-less Debit" with order. No credit purchases or C.O.D.’s available. Commissions are payable to Independent Distributors according to the Compensation Plan which is incorporated herein by reference. Commissions are paid by (ACH) Direct Credit to Distributors checking account.

12. I will not make false or misleading statements about Stealth Financial Group LLC, ("The Company"), products or Independent Distributor position. Display of commission checks and the making of income projections to prospective Independent Distributors is prohibited.

13. Independent Distributors in the same household of business shall have the same sponsor. Change of original sponsor is not permitted. Independent Distributor and Contributor lists and names are owned by ("The Company") and may never be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent of ("The Company"). During the term of this Agreement and for 90 days thereafter, Independent Distributor shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit Independent Distributors of Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company"), to other network marketing organizations, except as to personally sponsored Independent Distributors/customers.

14. Processing Fee. A check processing fee of minimum $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater will be deducted from my monthly commissions. There must be a minimum of $20.00 in commission before a commission amount is transferred to Independent Distributor Account or Check Issued.

15. Independent Distributor must renew their Independent Distributorship status yearly. There is a $120.00 yearly renewal fee. The yearly renewal fee is due on the anniversary date of the Independent Distributors original application. Any Independent Distributor not renewing within 15 days of their anniversary will voluntarily terminate their Independent Distributor relationship and thereby forfeit all sponsorship rights, position, and any applicable compensation.

16. Stealth Financial Group LLC., (“The Company") Compensation Plan, is Available in printed form and/or on website at: http://www.stealthfinancialgroup.com.

17. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other difference between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Panama City Beach, Florida.

18. Independent Distributors may return literature and sales aids purchased from the company and in resaleable condition at any time within thirty days of purchase and receive 90% refund. Shipping cost for returned items shall be borne by Independent Distributor. Payment will be made within thirty days of actual receipt of returned items. The Company will honor sales aids refund policies provided by any state or federal law applicable to Independent Distributor. (New Mexico - one year; Georgia - no time limitation).

19. I acknowledge that Stealth Financial Group LLC., ("The Company"), is for educational purposes only and that I must consult with an independent licensed professional broker prior to stock, option, forex, futures or bond trading. I understand and agree that: (a) Stealth Financial Group LLC., (“The Company"), their employees or speakers are not stockbrokers, broker dealers or acting in the capacity of registered investment advisors: (b) Stealth Financial Group LLC. ("The Company"), does not recommend particular stocks, bonds, options, forex, futures or any security of any kind and are not providing me with trading advice; (c) if particular stocks, options, currencies, futures or strategies are mentioned, they are mentioned only for illustrative and educational purposes only to explain the trading strategies; not as a recommendation to buy or sell stocks, options, forex, futures or bonds or any other trading instrument (d) Stealth Financial Group LLC. 34. NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
In connection with my services rendered to Stealth Financial Group LLC., (the "Discloser"), I agree to the following:

1.CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
I understand that my work will involve access to, and creation of, trade secrets, confidential information, and proprietary information that may belong to the Discloser, its customers or its business affiliates (collectively referred to as "Confidential Information"). Confidential Information means information, ideas and material concerning the Discloser and its employees, consultants, customers and affiliates that are not generally known to the public. Confidential Information may be technical information or business information. It may include methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, research and development results, software design and specifications, source and object code, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates, trading strategies, trading plans, investing strategies, leadership strategies, organizational strategies, real estate strategies, educational materials, business development plans and strategies, or other sensitive business information.

I agree to keep all Confidential Information in trust for the benefit of the Discloser I will never use or disclose any Confidential Information except as required by my duties for the Discloser. I understand that I may not discuss Confidential Information, even in general terms, with persons outside the Discloser. This prohibition will still be in effect after termination of my relationship with the Discloser.

2. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF OTHERS

I will not breach any agreements to keep information in confidence or to refrain from using any confidential information of former contractors or employers. I will not use any such information in my work for the Discloser without written authorization from the Discloser and such other party.

3. RETURN OF INFORMATION

On termination of my services for the Discloser, or at any time upon the Disclosures request, I will deliver immediately to the Discloser all property belonging to the Discloser and all material containing Confidential Information, including all copies in my possession or control, whether or not prepared by me.

4. REMEDIES

I agree that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information will cause irreparable harm and significant injury to the Discloser that may be difficult to ascertain. I agree that the Discloser shall have the right to seek immediate injunctive relief to enjoin any breach of this Agreement.

4a. I agree that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information will result in the immediate termination of my distributorship / independent contractor status and forfeit any commission due and any future commissions due. This includes copying videos, redistributing videos, website links, showing others trading strategies, that are not authorized by the Discloser for distribution. I is my responsibility to be knowledgeable of the things I can share according to the discloser's rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.

The validity, construction, venue and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida as if entered into and fully performed entirely within such state. Each party agrees consents to venue and personal jurisdiction in Florida.

Confidential Information means information, ideas and material concerning the Discloser and its employees, consultants, customers and affiliates that are not generally known to the public. Confidential Information may be technical information or business information. It may include methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, research and development results, software design and specifications, source and object code, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates, trading strategies, trading plans, investing strategies, leadership strategies, organizational strategies, real estate strategies, educational materials, business models, business development plans and strategies, or other sensitive business information. (the "Product"). The parties recognize that Discloser will disclose certain proprietary and confidential information to Disclosee in this regard. Therefore, as an express condition to such disclosure, Disclosee agrees to the following:

1. Nondisclosures and Limited Use
A. Disclosee will not use or disclose to any third party the following information with respect to the Product: (i) Discloser and Disclosee are discussing a business opportunity relating to the Product; (ii) Discloser is developing the Product; (iii) Discloser’s development and marketing approach to the Product; (iv) Discloser’s name for the Product; or (v) any other information relating to the Product (“Confidential Product Information”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Disclosee may disclose any Confidential Product Information as expressly authorized by Discloser in writing or any such information that is or becomes known to the public upon Discloser’s release of the Product to the public.

B. In addition, Disclosee will not use or disclose to any third-party Discloser’s proprietary information, including methods of doing business, product and business plans, costs and unpublished financial information, advertising revenues, marketing plans, Web site visitors and usage rates, customers, business affiliates or other sensitive business information (“Confidential Information”). Information shall not be considered to be Confidential Information if Disclosee can demonstrate that it: (i) is already known or otherwise becomes publicly known through no act of Disclosee or its employees, agents or independent contractors; (ii) is lawfully received from third parties subject to no restriction of confidentiality; (iii) has been independently developed without use of Discloser’s Confidential Information; or (iv) is specifically authorized in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Discloser to be publicly disclosed. The confidentiality obligations of Disclosee and its employees, agents and independent contractors with respect to Discloser’s Confidential Information survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

C. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in this Agreement, Disclosee may disclose Confidential Product Information and Confidential Information to Disclosee’s employees who need to know such information and who shall be instructed to abide by, and agree to abide by, this Agreement.

2. Remedies
Disclosee agrees that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Product Information or Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm and significant injury to Discloser, which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, Disclosee agrees that Discloser shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction enjoining any breach of this Agreement.

3. Miscellaneous
A. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement. It supersedes all prior oral or written understandings and agreements relating to this subject matter. This Agreement may not be altered, modified or waived, in whole or in part, except in a writing signed by authorized representatives of the parties. The waiver by either party of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed to waive it for the future.

B. The validity, construction, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida as if entered into and fully performed entirely within such state. Any action to enforce this agreement will be brought in the state of Florida.

37 Contributor Agreement
This Agreement concerns any Engagement by the party’s "Contributor" and Stealth Financial Group LLC and any affiliates referred hereafter as" Company".

1 Definitions.
The following terms shall have the following definitions when used in this agreement:
"Comments" includes any and all of the audible and visible presentations made by contributor on any conference call, blogs, articles, forums, bulletin boards, wiki's, web site contributions, classes, artwork, graphics, text, pictures, illustrations, cartoons, writing or other original creation. Comments include for example any and all of the spoken presentation such as, questions asked, comments made, non-verbal presentation, displays, electronic presentation, including electronically stored media such as slides, sounds, power point presentations, and so forth, which is subject to the U.S. Copyright laws.

1.2 "Contributor Personality" includes contributors full and formal name, nickname or alias (collectively the "Names") or any shortening, abbreviations, or alternative renderings of the Names, signatures now used or hereinafter to be used, voice, image and likenesses, and any and all attributes of contributor’s personality.

1.3 "engagement" includes any event attended by Contributor provided by Company.

2.0 Background of agreement

3.0 Grant of Rights

4.2 Contributor has full right and authority to enter into this agreement and make the grant of rights herein contained.

4.3 Contributor has not done any act which will impair the rights hereunder conveyed or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Comments by company as hereunder permitted.

4.4 The Comments will not be taken from or based on any other works and does not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation and that Company's use of the Comments hereunder will be free and clear of any third parties for any further compensation.

5.0 Waiver and Release
Contributor hereby waives all rights and releases Company, its employees, agents and licensees and assigns from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity, or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of Comments or contributor personality.

6.0 Indemnification
6.1 Contributor will indemnify and hold Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, which Company may suffer or incur by reason of contributor's breach of any of his/her warranties, representations and agreements contained in this agreement.

7.0 No Guarantee or Representation
7.1 Company neither represents nor guarantees that contributor, or Comments will be used, included, broadcast, recorded, published, paraphrased, arranged, rearranged, added to, subtracted from, or further orchestrated in whole or in part.

8.0 Right to Dismiss
8.1 Company reserves the right to dismiss Student from Engagement. Unauthorized Student to student meetings during Engagement will be deemed grounds for dismissal. Student agrees to leave Engagement immediately upon being requested to do so by Company or Company's Agents.

38 Customer Notice of Cancellation
You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days (Alaska residents five (5) days, non- U.S. residents, 10-days) from the date of signing on the front of this Retail Order.

If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract of sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk. 39 Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Authorization (ACH):

I authorize Stealth Financial Group LLC., To withdraw payment for my purchases directly from my bank account as specified in this agreement. I agree to pay a $10.00 service fee in the event a check or charge is dishonored for any reason. I will hold harmless Stealth Financial Group LLC., For all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit or credit to my account. This Authority is to remain in effect until Stealth Financial Group LLC., receives written notification from me revoking the ACH authorization.

AGREED AND ACCEPTED:
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY OF MY OWN CHOICE TO ADVISE ME OF MY RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. BY CHECKING THE BOX, I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE ON THE APPLICATION, I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS.
